1.-Floor Stripping
This is the top notch of floor services. In this process, we remove old wax layers and dirt off of your floors, restoring it with a brand new appearance to it. Hence the name "stripping", one strips off old layers of wax, or coating, and then prepares it to be coated with new layers of wax. This is highly recommended when your floor takes on a yellowish texture or when your floor just doesn't look clean even after mopping. Should be done at least one or twice a year depending on your floor and liking.
2.-Buffering
Buffering is the process in which a machine is passed over your floor that both dispenses cleaning solution and vacuums it at the same time. This is more centered on maintaining the finish of a floor's surface. It removes scratches and dirt bumps, causing the floor to become much smoother. This is highly recommended to delay the need of recoating the floor with wax.
3.-Recoating
Also knows as "waxing" one adds more protective layers to your floor in order for it to withstand all the dirt and dust it encounters on a daily basis. Think about like adding more screen protectors to your phone. If done correctly, your floor will last a while looking new and will keep it protected. However, if your floors has too many layers, it will need to be "stripped" and remove all pre-existing wax layers.
4.-Polishing
Almost the same thing as buffering, but this one takes making your floor looking shiny to a whole different level. Here, we pass over a much faster and stronger machine in order to create this incredible shine to your floors. While buffering relates more to keeping your floor clean, this one is more based on making it shine. This service is highly recommended on concrete floors.
5.-Sweeping/Moping
As the title states, it's just your ordinary mopping service. While it is the basic, it is the most important and most efficient way of getting little pieces of dirt, dust, etc, off your floor. This process should be performed daily.
6.-Diamond Floor Brush
Basically the same thing as polishing, but this one in specific is designed for uncoated concrete floors. This gives it an extremely bright shine and will slow down the deterioration in shine. This process both cleans and polishes the uncoated concrete. Recommended for daily use.
